Let’s catch up and unravel some of the mysteries of the gluten free diet.
As a coeliac I know all too well the fear of never having a crispy batter on a piece of fish or chicken, a pastry that won’t fall apart or a delicious sweet that isn’t made with avocado or seeds that break your teeth not that those things don’t taste fine.
With a few hints, perhaps some ingredients and techniques you haven’t come across you, like me will be creating dishes that my non coeliac friends and family love. We will chat, cook and eat what we prepare, something sweet, something savoury, hope you are able to join us at the House.
A booklet with some recipes to will be provided.
