It is that time of the year where our veggie patches are finishing, and we are thinking what are we going to do with all the produce. Like life everything gets ripe or doesn’t ripen at the same time.
No need to worry, join us at the House and we will explore the magic of preservation. You don’t need your own veggie patch there is plenty of delicious fruits and vegetables available all the time. We will create 3 different preserves on the day for you to take home and enjoy!
The greatest advantage of preserving is the fact that you know where the raw ingredients came from and you control what goes in, preserving your own food is gratifying and means you always have something for dinner in the pantry.
A booklet with some recipes will be provided.
