Volunteer Murrindindi is a FREE online resource for volunteers and Community Groups available to enhance and support volunteering in Murrindindi.

Using the online Portal, “Volunteer Murrindindi” to can assist you in finding positions currently available in the local area, or if you are involved in a community group or organisation in the Murrindindi Shire, you can post an advertisement for volunteer positions or roles you may require assistance with.

Come along to our Information Session presented by Brett Holland from CrimCheck.
The session is about:

  • Why you should complete Police Checks
  • Changes to the Privacy Act and how they affect your Group or Organisation
  • The new Child Safety Legislation.

With over 26 years’ experience in the Airforce in Risk Management, and now with the Australian Bureau of Statistics and CrimCheck, Brett Holland will engage and inform us on the legal obligations we face as volunteer engaging organisations and how to meet these obligations whilst protecting the privacy of our volunteers and other members of the group or organisation.
